I had to take a minute and tell you how pleased we are with our stainless steel drawers, doors, and trim pieces. Everything came out flawless! As you may remember, my husband and I were concerned about ordering all of this over the internet, sight unseen, but we were desperate to finish the BBQ area that the previous owners of our new home had started. After visiting many stores, we discovered that the standard size doors and drawers would not fit the openings in our BBQ area. In addition, we were disappointed in the quality of what we had seen.

After discovering your website we went ahead and sent you our measurements and hoped for the best. Exactly on schedule everything was delivered and it was easily installed. I finally got my cabinet doors on. Had other kitchen maintenance to do first. Just wanted you both to know I am pretty impressed with perfection. Everything about the product, the delivery, the packaging, everything measured perfectly. It took me a bit to figure out the hinges. Thought I was going to have to take Hnges 101 until I realized they mount from the side, not the front. Everything is just fantastic. When I decide to do drawer fronts I'll let you know. To the Lasertron Direct Crew,

My Lasertron order arrived last Thursday and all the doors were installed yesterday in our outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased and it is for this reason you deserve a letter of appreciation.

My experience with your staff from start to finish has been remarkable and I was beginning to fear it was too good to be true until the doors arrived. Your staff was not only helpful in answering my questions and educating me along the ordering and selection process, but each call made to Lasertron was answered by a “live” person and within minutes I was directed to the appropriate department. In addition, my e-mails to you received an immediate response. I never had to follow-up with anything you promised. You delivered in all respects. In today’s world, Lasertron customer care and attention to detail are all too rare.

Ordering an expensive product sight unseen via a company’s website can be somewhat unsettling to the consumer. Most people can relate stories of ordering products from a catalog or website which touts exceptional quality only to be disappointed when the product arrives. Lasertron’s website while detailed and informative does not do justice to the quality of their product. The individual who installed our Lasertron doors works almost exclusively for hospitals and installs stainless steel showers, doors, cabinets, etc. He was very impressed with the door’s quality, their strength and the corners in particular.

Eric in your shipping department was also helpful. He called me to tell me when the doors would arrive, the name of the shipping company and the cost saving reasons why that particular shipping company was selected.

In summary, Lasertron produces exceptional quality and when combined with an exceptional staff which is knowledgeable about their product and understands the importance of customer care, you have a winning combination. It’s been a long time since I’ve written a letter praising a company but you deserve nothing less. It was a pleasure doing business with you and your staff and if you ever find a reluctant customer who is nervous about ordering your product sight unseen, you have my permission to direct them to me!

I hope you will share this with your staff. They deserve to know how much their time and attention is appreciated. Your product speaks for itself! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Hi Guys,

The kitchen cabinet doors arrived here in Toronto and they were exactly as I expected- perfect! I needed the doors to place above a new tall stainless refrigerator that required a higher upper cabinet and doors. I simply trimmed up the bottom of the existing cabinet and fitted the stainless doors re-using the Blum hinges.

Hardwood cabinet doors are almost impossible to match if it's more than a few years after installation.
So stainless is a super alternative to match modern appliances, instead of matching the old cabinets.
