Stainless Steel Cabinet Construction Details

Our stainless steel cabinets are designed to conform to the industry standard dimensions for kitchen cabinets. All boxes are 34.5 inches high including the legs, and 24 inches deep. The widths start at 12 inches and increase in 3 inch increments up to 45 inches. Wall cabinets are 12 inches deep and are available in heigth and widths up to 42 inches.

All cabinets are constructed from 18 gage (.048 thick) type 304 stainless steel with a #4 brush finish on all exposed surfaces. The cabinets are spot welded to form a strong rigid structure. Drawer glides are Blum undermount glides with a self contained smooth self closing action. Doors are mounted with Blum hinges and are prevented from slamming shut with Blumotion gas cylinders. Almost any commercially available accessory (tilt down trays, slide out pantry racks, lazy susans, pull out trash bins, pancake lights, etc.) can be installed by us in our cabinets. Side panels are available for installations where the side of the cabinet is exposed. Custom cabinets, islands, and grill bases are also available.
