What makes Lasertron’s products superior?
Engineering is the basis for all good designs. A poorly designed product will ultimately be a disappointment either in its fit and finish, functionality, durability or safety. We use sophisticated computer modeling software to insure components fit together precisely. When we receive your order, we provide a 3 dimensional view of each cabinet or door so you know exactly what we are building. The computer renderings that we send for your review and approval are the very same files that our lasers use to cut the individual cabinet components. Opportunities for mistakes or misunderstandings are virtually eliminated.
Properly designed means more than just looking good. The proper selection of materials that are compatible with the other components, effective in the application for which they are used, and safe in the environment is essential to a superior product. We use a light weight, exceptionally strong core in our doors that is designed for use in virtually any environment (including ocean going yachts). The adhesive is a very low V.O.C. (volatile organic compound) adhesive that is safe for our employees and safe for our customers. It is also designed to be compatible with the other components in the system.
You may have heard a recent advertisement by a pizza chain; “Better ingredients mean a better pizza.” The same applies to our products. Our stainless steel is type 304 with a #4 brush finish unless otherwise specified by our customer. When the price of stainless steel increases, we do not substitute a lower grade to keep our profits up. Nor do we buy from the least expensive source of the day. All of our brushed stainless steel is purchased from one supplier and that supplier finishes the stainless steel to a very tight tolerance. We pay extra for this steel, but what It means to the customer is that the appearance of every door will be identical and if a replacement or additional door is needed in the future, that door will exactly match the appearance of the original.
All of our purchased components such as drawer glides, hinges, and hardware are made by highly regarded world class companies. We do not purchase off brand knock-offs. Our drawer glides, for example, are purchased from Blum Inc., which warranties their product for a lifetime.

Most importantly are the ethics of the company. No amount of advertising can fix a tarnished reputation. We take pride in dealing honestly with our customers. If an item was incorrectly made or damaged in shipment, we will replace the item at our expense. You do not have to get our permission to send the item back before we replace the item. If we are unable to make a desired item, we will tell you. If another company can make it, we will tell you that also.
You cannot have a superior company without superior people. We hire skilled people and have them trained on our software or production equipment to insure the best possible outcome.
State-of-the-art software and fabricating equipment is an essential ingredient to make a superior product. We reinvest a substantial portion of our profits back into the company for equipment and specialized tools. There is no substitute for advanced equipment and software for manufacturing a world class product.
Lasertron is an environmentally sensitive company. The materials that we use are not hazardous. We recycle our scrap stainless steel. We have an aggressive energy conservation program which has reduced our electricity consumption by over 70% in the last 2 years. This reduction in electricity use translates to over 400 tons of carbon dioxide not being released into the environment annually.
